When visitors leave comments and/or reviews on the site we collect the data shown in the comments and/or reviews form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
With any Facebook comments left r-amazing.com, you are to abide by ours and Facebook’s policy’s regarding correct messaging protocol.
Please be polite and considerate of others views, comments and beliefs at all times, failure to do so may result in you not being able to leave any comments or reviews in the future.
Your comments may be used in promotional material to promote our projects. We will do our best to keep them anonymised buy from time to time we may use your identity due to your comment already being in the public domain.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

UK
* We are pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders within the UK.
A one-off cost of £2 is added to any order processed and fulfilled by R-and-Q.com if a signature for the order’s delivery is required.
A one-off cost of £4 is added to any order processed and fulfilled by R-and-Q.com if tracking and a signature for the order’s delivery is required. Orders over £100 for delivery in the UK will be sent FREE via tracked and signed for delivery.
International
A flat rate of £15 is added to for all orders to be delivered outside of the UK. The only exception to this is for orders over £200 that will be delivered free of charge to USA, Canada and Europe.
Products
Our products all comply to relevant safety standards. We will do our best to supply you with the products that match the image, though some of the images at times may differ slightly in colour and design.
General Returns Policy
To return your item All items must be returned as new. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Please don’t use scissors or knives to open your package. Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted. Unwanted items must be returned to us deemed fit for resale. If you are returning items from 2 or more separate orders please include the individual returns slips for each order. Please note that if you return any items outside of the 2 week period for refunds or the 30 day period for exchanges and you have not been advised to do so by us you will forfeit your item. We will not be able to return it to you either.
